Joel Long
Joel is the CEO and founder of Rook Advisors, LLC. His leadership and multi-faceted experience has been crucial in the creation and continual growth of the business, always setting the highest standards of service excellence. He has personally lead many of Rook Advisor’s most important projects.
Joel has worked in a number of different fields, including consulting, software development, firearms instruction, and even as a reserve Sergeant for a Sheriff’s Office. Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time outdoors and leatherwork. However busy his professional life gets, Joel always makes precious time for fatherhood.
Chris Bach
Chris has been an invaluable member of the Rook Advisors Field Services Management Team since 2018, instrumental in establishing and sustaining a host of long standing customer relationships. He holds a number of accreditations including A+, Network+, Security+ and CCNA.
Chris began his career in IT working for a dialup ISP, before enlisting in the Army and spending 5 years at Ft. Carson in Colorado Spring, Co. He spent a total of 27 months deployed in Iraq, where his natural leadership and ability to perform under pressure was tested to the extreme, helping shape the person and IT expert he is today. Outside of the workplace, you can often find Chris at local breweries or spending time with his girlfriend...and their two cats.
Anthony Prudencio
Anthony is the Director of Field Services at Rook Advisors. He has been critical in the development of workforce skills and knowledge far and above those expected in a typical IT environment. Anthony began his career working in call centers, where he quickly took on a leadership role training and developing others into successful agents. From there, he worked in a variety of IT management roles, demonstrating an ability to rapidly learn new systems and perform root cause analysis.
At Rook Advisors he leads a team that handles everything from project planning to emergency response services, orchestrating everything from small break-fix resolutions to the rebuilding of entire infrastructures. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys building home automation systems, as well as singing and playing guitar and board games such as Settlers of Catan and Forbidden Desert. Beyond the home his most recent challenge is golf.
